About Sask 1^st Call

Sask 1^st Call is a service for anyone planning to dig or excavate.

Started in 2003, the service provides underground facility screening and notification for safe excavation. Sask 1^st Call does not perform locates.

In June 2023, the SCGA began managing the service.

As a newly formed non-profit corporation, Sask 1^st Call now has a Board of Directors — appointed by the SCGA — to provide strategic direction to the business and governance.
